For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.

Haiti Mission

In 2012 the mission committee of our church agreed to support the St. Jude and St. Simon Elementary School operated by the Episcopal church of Haiti in partnership with the Haiti Education Foundation, a Christian missionary organization based in El Dorado, Arkansas.  The goal of our support is to pay the salaries of seven teachers and a principal who work there.  We continue to support that school to this day.

In 2014 and again in 2017 mission teams from CCPC visited our school.  In addition, we visited other schools of the Haiti Education Foundation along with many of the residents.  During each visit we were able to worship with the Episcopal community in a village near our school.  More recent trips have had to be postponed as a result of political instability.
